The course was just what I wanted - and more - covering all aspects from canapes, through each course for a dinner party and also including petit fours and was the perfect balance of hands-on cooking and demonstrations! I learnt such a lot and have put some of it into practice already!

I had a wonderful day yesterday, I could not fault a single element of it and I had family and friends round today to sample the spoils and they all loved it - as did I!Just writing to say how much I enjoyed the bread-making course on Saturday. The course has given me the ideas to try new variations on the things I'd done before and confidence to try the scarier stuff. Thank you so much and I hope to see you again.

Sarah, many thanks for your excellent course yesterday which I enjoyed from beginning to end. You made me realise that a few simple errors have been responsible for most of my bread-making disasters and I shall return to my baking with new knowledge, enthusiasm and hope! The course presentation was wonderful, as was the company and the beautiful location. I can think of no better way to spend a Saturday, ( other than, of course, watching rugby on the pub TV!). I shall be dropping very heavy hints to family members for another birthday present of a 'letscookscotland' gift voucher.

My daughter, Mary, and I had great fun at the course. We both thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and learned lots. We have had great fun making the dishes from the course, and eating them also. We are both keen to do some other courses in the future.
